Why do I post Hope messages, screen shots and results?

first of all coz this is true, developing your Faith is a good practice in life. you see a glass half full not half empty. Believe me being grateful is much better than being bitter. There is so much in life that it will give to you.

So why do I keep posting message of hope.?

again because the posting that I made are the truth and still i found it marketable. I choose to be the life giver not the life sucker of the company. I understand very well that this is my business and I focus on the strength while helping developing the weakness. NBO has its weaknesses if im going to list one by one believe me CEO nahadine will surely be disappointed by me  :) but thats not what im trying to say.

My point is NBO is still marketable despite of this old accounts and new accounts. some say this is delaying tactics but I SAY this is business. What people dont understand is their mindset is in the salary based system. that they demand because its their right which is true BUT lets not forget having the right means having also the responsibilities.

and this is may point of my message RESPONSIBILITIES

1. perang pinaghirapan ko kaya karapatan kong kunin ito... TRUE

   But then pls forget your responsibilities that there are under you. like you pera din pinaghirapan nila na nilagay nila ito kaya like you they also have the right. since parepareho tayo then the best thing we do is to wait. Remember this is part of the risk we took. and its our responsibility to know and accept it.

2. It is your very right to complain but be responsible enough that you complain will benefit your business. and NBO is your business not a job that you will earn salary. this is a very law of life what you throw up will really go back to you.

3. To the management it is your right to do what is well fit to everybody. to implement what is best for all and not only to one but pls remember you also have responsibilities feed this people with information. It is your responsibilities to put up customer support for your loyal members.

Now lets go back to my question why do i post hopefull message Its because its one of  my responsibilities..
so let me ask about you? How many hope messages you comment or post compare to complain??

So pls be grateful. see the glass half full not half empty and you will realize  how this will benefit you. you may see everything is lighter and believe me your path to your success is clearer and faster.
