We all could see the effort of the centers. In which we also see how NBO politics works. I cant blame that since they just want to be serve first. Thinking if they play the game of the Management they will be saved. Actually this are the mindset of net-worker which I am not favorable in it. To be precise let me give you specific example

This is a documented proof that PRES RENZ  altered the system and let the Legazpi branch received their payout. actually Im not surprise, this things happens when Management is in deep shit. of course Rico the branch head also the side kick of Press renz meaning from the start this kind of things happen already. A Corrupt politics system that Pres Renz himself allow it until destroys the promising and potential company. Sacrificing everyone who believe on it.

And how did it start? by giving a favorable act to someone... The funny thing is they see this as being considerate in which they knew things will get out of hand if ever they could not monitor it. destroying the company and and the people who believe. We believe in you press but you fail each and every one of us. hurting, destroying relationships.

The system na sino malapit yan ang mabigyan destroy the company. No wonder I could see also Center Owners do something to impress you rather serve their members well. They are hopping ma payout din sila. pag dikit sayo. kase thats what you are teaching your center owners.

A lot of us probably have move on already, Pressure to the Management are lighter now. But let not your Guards down Management coz during this time, is the perfect time for people to claim what they want. When things you Management specially PRESS think that things are ok and peaceful. Is the perfect time to inflict danger to you that may put your life in real danger. Why do I know this things? because in my 6 years of being onliner my experience showed me the pattern of this kind of business.

This are the pattern when you destroy relationship. Im not threatening you Press but im just telling the truthful facts that happen on past company. you may think that you have nothing to do with it but always remember you are the President what ever happens there is person that need to be blame. Speaking of accountability, you too mam CEO have a big part on this. You are not exempted on this fate. infact you will receive double if ever you could not fullfill your last update (FWI). On what I understand FWI will assume responsibility in which its your hearts desire is to have payout before Christmass but just like PRESS you are in the grace of your investors.

2. Second since you are in the grace of investors just as you said, you are not in control in payout. We appreciate your effort on providing the solution but you need also to understand because of the mess NBO created family and life have been shattered, friendship ends, and reputation are broken beyond repair. because of this you already knew your life is in danger. My point here is if you dont control the time frame of payout so as the rage of this victims of yours. you could not also control their thoughts and plans. I believe Laguna people are very well known on this. Tablahan na!!!. The longer the people wait the more you and your family life is in danger.

As to what I think my stand remain the same if I could not see documented proof of solution Payout is not attainable however I hold on to what ever hope there could be, because I have nothing left but to hold on to that hope. I am convince of mam sweetie words so thats why I put my HOPE in you mam CEO. failure is not an option however if you do that to us nothing is much worst to an enemy but to people who TRUSTED and believe in you.

Worth Fighting For

as what i understand yes it is by batch or bracket in which the scope of that batch or bracket will depend on the sales.  now if sales goes up then a lot of old and new accounts will graduate, but if sales is the same company will be forced to focus on new wave to attract volumes of people to buy the product with the system.

the bright side here despite the current problem due to series of situation NBO is still on its feet. kung ibang company pa ito ay nako wala na. :) the unfortunate side is lot of members just dont have the patience in which some are not been told how this business work and that adds pressure to the load that the company is carrying.

Now I believe they are on its feet barely standing may I suggest management to at least explain how the money is distributed when ever they have sales. If ever not possible dahil din sa paninira ng iba then management will have to do something to gain trust.  Just like what the management did on the center owners. nagtiwala sila kaya tayo nagkakaroon ng sales sa new wave.

Good job Pres at iniisa-isa mo pinuntahan ang centers mo. I uling cyril is still on this boat, though some leaders have abandon the ship but i believe this ship is worth fighting for. Imagine kung matapos ang old and new accounts another record breaking history that will give financial freedom.

Why do I post Hope messages, screen shots and results?

first of all coz this is true, developing your Faith is a good practice in life. you see a glass half full not half empty. Believe me being grateful is much better than being bitter. There is so much in life that it will give to you.

So why do I keep posting message of hope.?

again because the posting that I made are the truth and still i found it marketable. I choose to be the life giver not the life sucker of the company. I understand very well that this is my business and I focus on the strength while helping developing the weakness. NBO has its weaknesses if im going to list one by one believe me CEO nahadine will surely be disappointed by me  :) but thats not what im trying to say.

My point is NBO is still marketable despite of this old accounts and new accounts. some say this is delaying tactics but I SAY this is business. What people dont understand is their mindset is in the salary based system. that they demand because its their right which is true BUT lets not forget having the right means having also the responsibilities.

and this is may point of my message RESPONSIBILITIES

1. perang pinaghirapan ko kaya karapatan kong kunin ito... TRUE

   But then pls forget your responsibilities that there are under you. like you pera din pinaghirapan nila na nilagay nila ito kaya like you they also have the right. since parepareho tayo then the best thing we do is to wait. Remember this is part of the risk we took. and its our responsibility to know and accept it.

2. It is your very right to complain but be responsible enough that you complain will benefit your business. and NBO is your business not a job that you will earn salary. this is a very law of life what you throw up will really go back to you.

3. To the management it is your right to do what is well fit to everybody. to implement what is best for all and not only to one but pls remember you also have responsibilities feed this people with information. It is your responsibilities to put up customer support for your loyal members.
